About the position

As a Cafe Team Lead, you will be an important part of the management team at bp, helping to promote Wild Bean Cafe sales and helping to deliver operational success. You will do this by coaching and developing Wild Bean Cafe staff to deliver great coffee and food whilst ensuring a high level of customer service. You will maximise sales through product and stock management and ensure adherence to HSSE standards.

This is a Full Time position rostered 5 days a week Tuesday - Saturday from 5am - 1.30pm.

Do you have what we're looking for:

  • Previous leadership work experience in a Cafe or in a similar industry are essential 
  • Be customer focused and have a passion for providing excellent service
  • Great presentation and communication skills
  • Have a can-do attitude and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy setting
